"Comfortable beds, good lighting in the bathroom. Continental breakfast was available all the time, which was very helpful for an early checkout."

"The public areas and our room were clean and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast offerings were varied and easily accessible, and the breakfast area was pleasant with sufficient tables for singles or groups. The staff were kind and helpful."

"Very disappointed, the water in the tub wouldn't drain and we also had cockroaches and the alarm also went off at around 9 am and it took about 15 minutes for it to go off."

"Good room"

"Had to go ask to get towels, twice. Then when I got them it was only towels no rags. Then I had to go ask for a trash bag so I could take my trash out, this was day 2 of 3. Also they had storms come through and it was over 100° with the heat index, and the power went out. You would think it being a major hotel chain they would have a backup generator. We were on the top floor and the window barely opened. 5 of us including 3 kids. And when the power went out, the staff was nowhere to be found....

"Convenient location for our needs, which were an overnight stay near North Ridgeville with the ability to cook for ourselves. Near the Rocky River Reservation and Great Northern Mall, which was an added bonus. Staff were kind; facilities were dated and not super clean. Just okay."

"This was my first time staying in a Best Western. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and they went out of their way to help you. We had to leave before breakfast but they had muffins and yogurt available for us. Shuttle to the Cleveland airport was on time and we were dropped off right off at our airline door."

"The hotel was clean however the housekeeping never came to clean room during my 2 night stay. After coming back after business after dinner was too tired to have it serviced. Additionally I booked since the spa and pool but not in service the entire stay. I reported this upon checkout and was only told sorry. It would’ve been better business to at least provide some sort of comp for the issues. Also coffee was out on second day at front where guests scrambling to get bar to refill it. The hotel...

"It looked like an old property. Room was not clean, dusty and smelled really bad. AC unit was smelling like burnt hair. We called reception to check if they can switch room. The lady said she will check and give a call. Guess what, she didn’t even bother to call back. We had to spend sleepless night. Clearly one of the worst Hampton Inn experience. Lastly it would so nice if staff can greet and welcome with a smile. The lady was talking as if they were doing a favor by giving us the room....
