"The only negative item to state was that the postcode via google did not bring us close to the property. I walked along the road for a few hundred metres, reading the various house signs before finding the property on a dark, unlit road. I just think some sort of indication should have been given as to the precise location. Apart from that, everything was 5 star."

"After arriving in Gatwick late at night, it was so convenient to be able to collect our bags, and walk inside the terminal to the hotel. When leaving the hotel the next morning, we were very close to the check in area for our next flight. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. It provided a wide variety of food options. The room was clean and beds comfortable."

"Do not use this platform to book a room. My flight came in at 4.30. I booked it thinking I could check in at 6 and sleep. When I arrived there they told me my check in was for 6pm not am. Yotel Air is a pay by the hour place, £10 per hour. If you book using a third party app like this one, it will book an overnight stay for you, and at that price or less, you could get a bigger room with breakfast. Book at the hotel's website and stay for a few hours. Overnight makes no sense. Though I would...

"Very clean room and comfy bed. Bar is open until 3am apparently. Food at the resto stops at 10. Only issue was water pressure. The shower was a little lackluster but definitely fully functional. I would stay again. "

Lovely addition of free parking & breakfast via Expedia. Quality breakfast with plenty of options, fresh coffee and juices. No complaints and would gladly stay again if needed."

"Although the check out time was 12 and we put "Do not disturb"sign on the door, cleaners started cleaning our room while we went for a walk and removed our bag from the room. My husband was going to eat breakfast in the room after the walk but he was shocked as his bag was missing although he put the room service order through night before. There is no communication between the desk & cleaners and cleaners ignore the Do not disturb sign. "

"Hotel was close to Gatwick and room was excellent. Bed was very comfortable. Well equipped with hair dryer and coffee machine. Front staff person was very helpful and even loaned us a UK electrical adapter..!!..and the Pub/Restaurant attached was excellent, great food and so many options..!!.."

"My husband and I stayed on a Saturday night in November as a birthday treat. We stayed in the loft suite. This room is clean, cosy beautifully decorated. The bathroom is amazing ! We absolutely loved the jetted bathtub. It really was a selling point for us. Breakfast was very nice. Lovely fresh eggs. We enjoyed having our own private dining toom too. Paul was very nice and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be coming back again. Thank you ."
