"The property was great for what we needed this trip. We needed something close to public transportation, the airport and Oakland Arena. The hotel itself was nice. It was clean and we always saw workers cleaning. Our room was spacious, had bathroom amenities, fridge and nice, cozy beds. When we opened the door to our room it had the smell of old cigarettes, but opening the window helped. (Hopefully they see this and take care of it) The pool was small, but perfect! We were the only ones...

Next the accessible bathroom, shower Head was supposed to be adjustable, but it was broken and difficult to use especially when you are cane dependent the water sprayed all over in place and was not draining so the bathroom floor was covered with water which we had to clean up with towels. "I checked in, dropped off my luggage to the room, come back a few hours later, key doesn't work and was told that my room was given to someone else. Was told I need to wait for supervisor before I can get my stuff out. I am lucky my belongings weren't stolen. Not sure how something like this can even happen."
