"The hotel is poorly designed, it’s hard to get around. We had to cross pools to get to the lobby or else walk around multiple buildings. "The check-in date was a bit disappointing. There were people smoking weed on the balcony next to my room, and the smell permeated several floors. The staff at the poolside bar, where there’s a kiddie park, were incredibly slow and unresponsive when trying to get their attention. The beds were also quite hard. The water park was crowded and understaffed, with some rides closed due to insufficient lifeguards. The food was mediocre and unappetizing, but the coffee at the provisions cafe was great."
