"I had a very disappointing experience at this property.
During my stay, the front desk would not accept a food delivery for me, and I was unable to locate the order afterward. When I went to the front desk to ask about it, the staff member spoke to me in a very dismissive manner.

Afterward, I contacted Expedia regarding the canceled...

"A wonderful property. The amenities were fantastic. Daily buffet breakfast and evening diner included was a pleasant surprise. Evening beverages as well. Salt water pool and hot tub were nice, but the shuttle buses to and from the parks were a great savings on gas and parking fees. No resort fees as well make the property a must stay and full value for families!"

"I booked a renovated room and was given a very poor, unkept room that had a dead lizard in it. The faucets were leaking and the shower/tub had poor water pressure and no hot water. It was very disappointed. I stay at this property frequently and was very disappointed to be treated this way. The room was dark and the floors were sticky."
