They have very strange reception desk hours and they will just change whenever they feel like it. Checkin time is really late at 4pm. We arrived around 2:30 and they wanted to charge us 15 euros just to hold our luggage for an hour. We felt nickel and dimed. "Shangri la is a little piece of heaven, by far the greatest staff I have ever come across, the place is spectacular, the amenities are perfect and 5 star, and the staff, every person from the time you arrive to the time you leave are better than a 5 star they would be the first 10 star rating!! in all my travels they have the finest and best staff in the world!!! The food is amazing as well, the place is so great you don’t want to leave the premises!!"
