I did not realize the check-in must be done online to get door codes. I appreciated that they responded to me quickly, got the flat cleaned and ready a bit early so I could leave my luggage and enjoy my time in London."

Cutlery and plates, ironing board and hairdryer, shampoo and shower gel. No coffee tea or sugar sachets though, and no toothbrush or razors etc. Good quality bedding and towels.
