"The front desk was helpful, patient, and kind upon greeting and when answering questions. The room was clean and comfortable, even though it was a bit tiny. We slept very well in their comfortable beds. The parking situation wasn't fully explained, and we paid quite a bit to park, but I guess that's to be expected for downtown.
