As it was a really hot day, they were offering free mini ice creams in a cone which was a pleasant surprise! The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. There was air-con as well as a blackout blind, meaning we had a really comfortable sleep. "

The staff were helpful in providing a room close to the lift and were keen to ensure that everything was okay for us. The only downside was that in booking a second room for our daughter we were charged for 2 breakfasts (no option for a single) by Hotels.com - not the policy of the hotel we were told.
