"We were given an upgrade to larger room which was ok..but lots of stairs , as third floor and both over 60 lol but appreciated the extra space . Hotel was in good place for visting other places. The meal we had in the restaurant was yummy , i had the fish and chips and hubby had the burger. But breakfast not so good, bacon was hard as was streaky and it was a mix for scrambled egg which was not very nice , tin mushrooms and tomatoes needed cooking longer and sausage and hash brown was ok and...

"Don’t be fooled by the title on Spa, it could be fantastic as location is great. It’s tired and grubby, outside not maintained with paint on windows flaking and doors don’t shut. Also my shower had no running water. 20 mins to put 4 inches of water in a bath because of the 50 holes in shower head only 6 had water coming out. Also charge extra for use of facilities. Typical of an OYO hotel. Never again"

Marston Green

"I've stayed here a few times before and I'll stay here again. The staff are always helpful and it's a no fuss hotel with a relaxed feel that suits me. I like the restaurant, bar, reception being altogether. And its a good breakfast. I must point out 2 issues though. 1. This is the second time I've stayed here when only one lift is working out of 3. Annoying for guests and must be a nightmare for the room cleaners. 2. This is an airport stopover hotel as well as for NEC users. You need to...

"Good afternoon , Well it is for me now I’m home ! I cannot believe the complete disruption caused and the uncaring receptionists you have at your hotel ! Where to start! The dogs in the carpark yapped and barked all night which I reported early Fri eve it started early and continues. I had to close the windows making a vert warm room so I went to put on my fan for it to be broken. I asked reception for another to be told it would be done while I was out for dinner. On return no it...
