"Had a wonderful one night stay for a special occasion. Our primary reason for visiting was the spa and it did not disappoint. We used it the afternoon of arrival and the following morning before breakfast. It was lovely in the cold and we hope to experience it in warmer weather too. We ate dinner in the hotel and it was very pleasant. Breakfast selection and quality was excellent. "Un lugar muy auténtico. El apartamento es perfecto para una familia de 4. Limpio, amplio, cómodo. Dispones de lo necesario para tu estancia. El restaurante sirve comida de calidad y las raciones son enormes. Nos atendieron estupendamente. La zona es preciosa. Esta vez nuestra estancia tuvo que ser corta pero esperamos volver para disfrutar más tiempo del lugar. "

"Situated in the very centre of Kelso, convenient place to stay when exploring the area. Checkin was done very easily, with clear instructions sent beforehand. There is a Greggs just in front of the hotel, and also several restaurants and takeaways in close vicinity. There was double glazing in the room, and hence better insulation. "

As a 4 star hotel a few things could be improved like a fridge in the room to keep the bottled water they provided cold, air conditioning but probably would be too expensive to fit due to the age of the building and paintwork here and there needed touching up. "Ideal location for Holy Island! Extremely clean rooms with towels, hairdryer, ironing board, tea/coffee facilities. Food is fantastic and breakfast was included which was delicious. Great customer service. Would I go again….most definitely "

"Ideally situated close to the centre of Berwick Upon Tweed. Excellent value for money. Compact room with small double bed, comfortable enough but a bit creaky. TV, Kettle and fridge in room aswell as a hairdryer. A few minor issues that could be improved upon are; TV is ok if you are connecting somwthing to it but the signal for the digital channels is terrible. There is no mirror next to plug sockets for styling hair etc. There are only 3 parking spaces and when we were there the first night,...
