"The hotel is walkable from Piccadilly station taking about 12 minutes. It is close to bars and eateries making it a good spot for a night out. I stayed with my granddaughter and had a room with two double beds, the room was huge. The bathroom had both bath and shower and the fridge, iron and ironing board were very helpful additions. The best part of the stay was the breakfast which was absolutely second to none. The choices were endless with options of full cooked buffet breakfast, continental,...

"Staff friendly & helpful, they went the extra mile in sorting out car park, vending machine, making a stay much more enjoyable. No Aircon throughout hotel a tad uncomfortable on the hottest day. No where to eat with in walking distance of the hotel . "

"Staff was very friendly. The property is a little dated. 1970 ish. No individual heat control in the room, just a fan and a portable radiator. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Buffet had usual choices expected. Price is reasonable . Buxton Rd is quite busy but did not intrude."

"Not a luxury stay by any means and not worth the money. Spa area is nice but bar and dining areas very dated, shabby stained and ripped furniture and dirty floors. Bathrobes are hard. Very disappointed"
