"The main issue with the property was that the basement room smelled SO strongly of mildew and the stairs to get down there felt so steep and unsafe that one couple in our group ended up booking a hotel to accommodate themselves. This was truly more like a converted crawl space than a bedroom. In addition, the sofa bed in the living room was very uncomfortable, even for a sofa bed. "Breakfast is great, good selection and choices of food and beverages being served. Staff, including reception, breakfast lounge staff and room attendants are very accommodating and helpful and are able to answer if you have questions and concerns. Rooms and washrooms are clean. Lighting by the entrance the dresser/counter top for coffee and tea, and by the wall mirror is dark. It would be nice if you can change them."

"Terrible experiencia.
