"The friendliest place ever, with a true inn experience, rooms above the pub, small but with an ensuite! Centrally located for trips to Bath, Bradford on Avon, even only 1 hour from Wales. Bed was comfortable, shower was wonderful. Mostly the people made us feel like family, so lovely."

"My wife and I chose to have a little couple away time and The Litton was the perfect place to do it. Not only is it one of the most stylish and beautifully done out country pubs I've ever had the pleasure to visit, not only was the food superb (both dinner and breakfast), not only was the decor spot on, not only was our room meticulously clean with such a well stocked minibar and every room amenity you could ever need but on top of all that the service was second to none. "Lovely location, rooms and buildings. The surrounding countryside is beautiful and the gardens and park are gorgeous. Welcome and service excellent. We stayed after a visit to Longleat and it was the perfect relaxing stop after a busy day. Only thing that could have made it better would have been if food and drinks were available there in the evening, the cafe closes at 5. We drove to Frome and had an excellent meal in Little Walcot. "
