"Conveniently placed on the seafront and an easy walk from the train and bus stations. Very friendly and helpful staff. Decent breakfast. All in all, good value for money

"Townhouse is perfect for a stay in Exeter - very close to St David’s station and to the City Centre but nice and quiet. Everything was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend!"

"Because we had train delays we were late booking in.Not a problem though The friendly receptionist was very welcoming. The bed was huge and after a very stressful day we had agood nights sleep in the most comfortable bed. Checkout was not until 12 noon so we had time for a quick visit to the city centre which is about a 5 minutes walk away The train station is just across the road so this is a very convenient place to stay"
