"This is the second time weve stayed at this hotel. This time was because we were in a marcha for san joaninas and we needed a place to stay for a night. Although we absolutely love this hotel, it was a bit of a walk for us especially after marching down a rua da se. Definitely recommended this hotel. The staff was very pleasant and the breakfast was amazing with lots of choices. "

"The front desk staff was absolutely wonderful, as were the porters, especially Daniel who helped us with our luggage. The housekeeping staff was amazing, so friendly and yet they work very hard. For that reason, I chose a 5 star rating. However, we did not find the breakfast staff particularly friendly, never a smile from the ladies who cleaned the tables. We would also suggest the hotel upgrade the hallway carpeting on the first floor. It would also have been nice to have another egg option...
