Es cierto que tuve que cancelar una primera petición porque parecía que la aplicación volvía a funcionar. Sin embargo, pocos minutos después el problema regresó y le pedí nuevamente su ayuda. Fue entonces cuando su comportamiento me pareció totalmente inapropiado. Me respondió de forma desagradable, diciéndome...

"A very clean well-maintained historical hotel. If you want amenities such as room service then this is not for you but there are incredible bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. The famous monastery is a couple of minutes away and a taxi drive to the railway is cheap and reliable. I enjoy staying in hotels with a sense of history so this was perfect for me."

"The hotel is bad need for a makeover. Furniture was right out of the 60's budget store. There was only one electrical outlet and it was at the entrance to the room at floor level. Bed was overly firm. To be fair the washroom looked to be renovated and was good and clean the main entrance facade was modern and inviting but as soon as you entered the lobby you realize that it was downhill from there. Way overpriced for what you get."
