"This was our first time here and we absolutely loved it. The staff is amazing — so friendly and helpful, which really made our stay special. One thing that would make the experience even better is a policy about reserving beach chairs at the pool. We noticed some guests would place towels on chairs early in the morning and then leave for long periods, which made it hard for others to find seating. It would feel more fair if chairs couldn’t be held when guests aren’t actually using...

"Beautiful resort, lovely food and great choice of restaurants. Staff were extremely helpful. We had a swimup room which was excellent. We were able to do a couple of excursions during the week too that were great and lots of fun. Only downside is that at both the beach and pools nearly all chairs were booked/taken throughout the day, but this would be an issue everywhere."

"Our room cleaning service was impeccable...our cleaning lady Francesca is a credit to her profession and an absolute doll! Every employee we interacted with were exceptional...from our Butler Henry who was so incredibly attentative, helpful, and professional, to our dining servers Jesus and Aleandro to name a few that made us feel welcome and special every single day. Lastly...when you have a swim up bar...the service can be dicey, but when it is being provided by Leandro, he is second to none!...

"This was a beautiful resort. Tons of food options and stuff to do! The staff were amazing! The only down sides is that they allow people to reserve chairs even though they have signs to no reserve. They don’t do anything to prevent this so there are a lot of chairs open with just towels on it but no people so it’s annoying when you are at the pool and need to put your stuff down or need a break from the sun. "

"Beautiful place! Excellent staff! From the bellman to the housekeeper, the service was excellent. Special shout outs to Jesus at check in, Jesus the waiter, Darlene, Gabriel, Alexander, and Carolina at the spa, Miguel and Maria with entertainment, Basilio, Erika, and many many more bar tenders and wait staff…all were so hospitable it made our stay excellent! We loved the Michael Jackson/ Freddie Mercury show on Tuesday night. Maintenance was quick to respond to the couple issues we had. Only...

"The staff were so friendly, almost every single staff person was helpful & kind. We especially loved Emil @ Bloved Bar & the ladies in the piano bar. We never had to wait long for a drink. The pools were great, but guests stake out the loungers before the sun comes up. There is always room on the beach. Beautiful warm beach with soft sand & warm shallow water."
