I gave an average rating for the hotel just because it was under a lot of construction, but it was very beautiful and the staff I feel could’ve been nicer and smiled more. "We spent one week at this resort and it was fabulous! We could walk anywhere on the resort, but they also had golf carts that could also pick you up with just a phone call. The restaurants were top notch, every staff member dedicated to their job of making your vacation here an amazing experience. We left with a pure love for this resort and its people. "

"Hotel was very clean and updated. Pool is average size but wasn’t crowded during our stay. We did not use the one on the 5th floor during our stay. It is small but we never saw more than 2/3 people in it. Restaurants were all clean, staff efficient and friendly and food very good. Outside bar is ok. Bartenders and servers were mostly nice and helpful. Beach area for hotel is smaller and you need to get a seat very early to be on the front row. Drink menu is limited at the beach and no food...

"Ate at Mobay buffet several times while on vacation. I must compliment the chef down to the waiters and waitresses. On some of those occasions we were served by Odain and Shante and couldn’t have had any better service. Wonderful dining experiences. I stayed at Lady Hamilton room 2721 and cannot complain about the cleaning she did in my room. Satisfied the whole experience was amazing. Can’t wait to come back again. "The beach is just STUNNING!!! The Jamaican restaurant was good but way to spicy for those who cannot handle hot spice. The meat patties were delicious but again, way to spicy for those who cannot handle hot spice. Their version of mild is HOT. I have been to Negril so many times and this is the first time I see a resort that does not have mild versions of the hot dishes. The staff are the best thing in this resort, hands down.
