"The room was spacious and clean. (Although the cleaning staff did attempt to steal my iphone charger)...
The food was "average" except the Wok Restaurant, which was great!
The grounds, the pool layouts, and the beach were so beautiful. The pool was too cold though..
Above all, the service was excellent! Always someone asking and watching for anything you might need. (Except the checkin process was exceptionally time consuming and not streamlined.)"

"Rooms were a little outdated but the staff is beyond amazing. Time share presentation was annoying and they push you but besides that, everything else was fine. Food was also a tremendous plus."

"We have been doing family vacations for the last 5 years in the DR. This all inclusive resort was the best one by far we have been to, especially being part of the excellence club. The food is absolutely amazing at the restaurants. The staff is so nice. It was so calm and peaceful. Only comment I would say is about the housekeeping, it was not the cleanest. Other than that, everything else was excellent. We will definitely be back!"

"We had an excellent stay at this hotel for New Year’s Eve. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, making our stay feel special and relaxing.
The atmosphere during New Year’s was festive yet elegant, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. The location was also perfect, making everything easily accessible.
We truly felt taken care of and would absolutely recommend this...
