"The room was clean a few bugs here and there. When we was leaving to checkout and go to breakfast we went to breakfast then came back to the room because we had to use bathroom and i left my swim shoes with other items i was leaving behind. Came back room was open not cleaned but items i left behind was not there. Cleaning staff was mad i came back to the room. Then she went on to say she can’t understand english lol "

"Amazing property, amazing staff, entertainment at night was lacking and we found wasn’t very good but we spent most of our time enjoying the day anyways so nights were spent in the room and we were great with that. Only negatives were that room service took well over an hour a couple of times, and there could be a couple of more options for lunch (having the taco truck open during the day would be great). The guy walking around delivering pizza to whoever wanted it throughout the afternoon was awesome. Honestly we had the best week ever. "

"We didn't use the spa. Rooms and property were well taken care of, staff was excellent, always helpful and friendly. Always something to do. Our junior suite was great!"
