"We really wanted to love the property. This was our 2nd time at Sanctuary, the first was during Covid but that’s another story
The pros:
It is a beautiful property with 6 pools. Our favorite is the pool in the castle- it’s quiet and on a hot day it is much cooler due to the breezes. If you are into a good time- you need to be in the main pool
The staff are truly welcoming and professional. From the moment you exit your transport to the resort to you exit for your flight home. Our housekeeper...

"I was really excited about coming here from all the positive YouTube videos. I was disappointed when I got here. Bugs all over my pillows. For a resort that is not that old it's very worn out. Things were closed like the swim up bar. Lunch wasn't always open for lunch at the buffet. Room service workers are really rude when taking orders for food. Other staffs were really nice. Restaurant food was good. Buffet was not good. Overall it's a nice place but I wouldn't say it's the best of the best...
