"We had a lovely week at the Shangri-La. The coral coast is a beautiful area and we did a lot of snorkelling. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. This resort is great for families, friends and couples. I was travelling with my sister so we walked around and found quieter parts of the island away from all the kids. We also ate at the italian restaurant for breakfast which was adults only. They do well to cater to all types of travellers."

"The suite room was great for a family. The kitchenette was handy, stocked with tea, coffee and milk. The staff were super friendly and helpful. There were great activities each day. The pools were perfect for kids and they loved the water slide. "

"Had a great stay, we snorkeled the lagoon a couple of times every day, it is fantastic, the coral, fish life and diversity far exceeded our expectations. Staff are excellent, and property is very good value for money. Will come back. "

"There were ants on the bedside table and as soon as the staff used to keep the chocolate box in the room, it used to be full of ants and had to be thrown. Also, there were very limited (1 or 2) vegetarian options in the breakfast and the buffet dinners. Those were the things which bothered during the stay otherwise everything else was amazing. Staff was humble and welcoming each an deveryday."

"The property was great. Private beach and two pool options. The property is at the end of a gravel road so I’d suggest renting a SUV that with made to travel these roads otherwise we loved it here. "

"Excellent facilities with washing machine and drier, drying rack etc, loved the full kitchen, lovely friendly staff. It is very close to the marina which was great when getting off ferry and shopping, able to walk basically over the road. Only thing for us in our apartment was the main bedroom was close to the road so had some vehicle noise, was no issue really but if you like peace and quiet it wasn’t ideal. "
