"This was the BEST place ive ever stayed in. I travel to Jamaica 4 times a year and I will never stay anywhere else. The room is beautiful and spacious. Very clean and its close to EVERYTHING (food clothes gift shops, clubs) etc. The host was also very pleasant and informative, made me feel like I was home. They had no rooms because they had overbooked and I had to find accommodations for the night. "Perfect location. For the price the place is ok. I wish the service was better and it would have been nice to know before my arrival that it was self service and the front desk closes at 5pm to avoid the hassle upon arrival. "

The tiles in the room were cracked and stained, the tub was cracked and peeling, the shower sang every time you turned the water on, the toilet ran on and on, even after jiggling the handle, the staff barely speak to you unless you speak first (this includes staff in the dining area, front desk, cleaning lady, pool guy, and at the bar), the food tastes like it was sitting in the freezer for months, defrosted in the microwave and served, the "security key card box"...
