"The only positives about this hotel are Saha (in the office), smoke friendly, and checking out early. Saha helped us out greatly when whe learnt that a staff member tried to hustle us over a $100. We booked to stay 3 nights but left after 2 nights as we simply could not afford to be so far away from alternative restaurants, beaches, amenitites. They offer a car ride into Ocho for $20 and breakfast lunch and dinner is $25 per day, drinks, and rides, tours etc are all at an extra cost as...

"This hotel is clearly outdated. The tiles in the room were cracked and stained, the tub was cracked and peeling, the shower sang every time you turned the water on, the toilet ran on and on, even after jiggling the handle, the staff barely speak to you unless you speak first (this includes staff in the dining area, front desk, cleaning lady, pool guy, and at the bar), the food tastes like it was sitting in the freezer for months, defrosted in the microwave and served, the "security key card box"...
