"Stayed 2 nights.The service from reception was very bland, no smiles or personality. As far as the stay, it was good. The rooms were nice & were clean. But when we asked for towels & wash cloths the next day, we were told they didn't have any clean, again not very friendly. This happened twice. Also ..."
