"I stayed at serenade in the swim up unit and can I just say wow, from when we arrived we were treated like royalty, the service making notice of Chayrell and Argapito was so great oh my God. During the trip I lost my camera in an uber and Chayrell took it upon herself to make sure I got it back which was above and beyond, the bars were beautiful and very aesthetically pleasing and the food was chefs kiss, all I can say is Serenade is heaven on earth and I cried when I had to leave"

"The pools were beautiful and not over crowded. The beach was disappointing with seaweed. The staff was awesome and very friendly and helpful. Brandol answered any questions I had at anytime I asked. He took great care of us to make sure we had what we needed. We did have a problem with our first room with moisture on floors and our clothes got damp too. We were given another room and it worked out. Overall we had a great stay and would stay again in a different season when there is NO seaweed!! Food was average with great variety"

The hotel is conveniently located with easy access from Punta Cana Airport, making our trip stress-free from the moment we landed. The amenities exceeded our expectations, offering everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The pools, common areas, and overall atmosphere were exceptional. The food was truly spectacular, with a great variety of delicious options and outstanding service from the restaurant staff. What made our experience even more special was the kindness and professionalism of the entire team. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay. We felt valued as guests and appreciated the attention to detail throughout the property. I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends without hesitation. We created beautiful memories here and are already looking forward to returning. This is definitely a place we will visit again in the future.”"
