"The location is perfect, right on Lake Como with a private beach. The room is good, bathroom a bit small but convenient. Nice balcony above the water. Because there is no restaurant at the hotel it would be handy to install a mini fridge and a coffee/tea maker. In the nearest village is a supermarket, MD, and everything is very cheap.
