"Great place - clean, convenient. Smallish room but that’s to be expected. Free coffee, tea and water (still and sparkling) in the lobby is a nice touch. Would come again for sure "

"Easy check-in, even though I was hours late. Augustine, the concierge, was simply amazing! I forgot my travel adaptor, and he tried his best to look through the storage to find one. I could tell he was working long hours and was smiling at every turn! Time for a raise for Augustine!. Thanks, I will keep up with Z Hotel when I'm in London. Keep your awesome employees! "
"I had a really lovely stay here, the house is so charming and nicely decorated, it was so beautiful (and clean)! I stayed in the single room which was again very clean, the bathroom looked brand new and the bed was comfortable and the room had everything I needed. I was super happy with the location, and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good too and even though there were quite a few stairs that didn’t really bother me as overall everything else was very good. Will definitely stay here...
"We absolutely loved our stay here, the rooms were so comfy and cosy. The location was great. Everything felt brand new, including the TV which had every streaming app possible for you to sign in to. There were lots of plug sockets, a safe, ample clothes storage, an AC unit, and we could also open the windows to get fresh air into the room. There's also a mini fridge. The only thing I would change is the amenities, we stayed in a room for 3 people and only had one mug. That's a very minor...
"It’s just a 5-minute walk from Tower Hill Station and Tower Bridge!
The accommodation is clean and tidy. Even though it’s close to Tower Bridge, the area is an office district, so everything feels organized and quiet. It’s right next to the Four Seasons Hotel as well!
All the staff were very kind and helpful — I really appreciated their support.
Highly recommended for anyone who wants to stay in a calm and less crowded area."
