"The staff was incredibly nice. All of them. All of the time. They were also very helpful. Made you feel more like family than a guest. There’s no elevator. The stairs are narrow and I was on the 6th floor. I looked at it as a fitness opportunity! Haha. The bed was so comfortable. The air conditioning in the room was a life safer. Shower was like a spa. Was a great experience. Clean nice, great people. One more thing. Definitely buy a SIM card in Nam, not abroad. My Mint - minternational...

"Charming hotel with a nice restaurant at 8thfloor. Located in the middle of old quarter Hanoi, few steps away to the famous Ta Hien. Also Its surrounded by many great local food and drink restaurants. The room were clean, comfortable and the staff was friendly. Definitely come back here soon. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hanoi. "
