"The Zilara informed us 3 hours before our flight that they would not be open and booked us at the Ziva. We had confirmed with the Zilara the day before and had booked cabana’s. At that point we couldn’t cancel flights and decided to go. Zilara then texted at 10:00 pm the day we arrived that they were in fact open and we could move there. At that point we were unbacked at the Ziva and had no confidence that the Zilara was ready as we saw construction equipment at the hotel. "

"The hotel was amazing. If you’re looking for a great solo trip that’s safe Live aqua is the place. Had some issues but the issues was fixed within mins. The pools were pretty cleaned and spacious. There’s three pools connected and one swim up bar. The food was 10/10. The rooms were 10/10. Mauricio Luna, richardo, and Patrica were amazing.. the service is amazing!! Definitely 9/10 stay "

"The food was great. We were very impressed with the steak and the quick service wax great. The chef was great, Kevin. The bartenders in the main lobby were very helpful and friendly. The only problem was that it seem like the water in the pool was not very clean and the sea weed wad a big issue and we were not able to go in the ocean. Overall it was a nice place and would return again."

"I was until your staff members came over and ask me to live the area because i was carring a bracelet from the hotel mext door, Even after I show my room key number. I ask them to go and check with the main office. I had the right to be in the hotel because I pay for it and they tread me. So I was not happy about it."

"Lovely resort with true old school Mexican-Latin charm and class! Beautiful piece of property with an ocean front bar and it’s 2 swimming pools and three restaurant! The Caribbean ocean at this location it’s calm enough to really swim. They included BREAST breakfast was wonderful every morning a different choice at the buffet or a freshly made omelette bar. We definitely recommend this hotel. "

"Honestly, this was one of the nicest resorts we have ever stayed at. Right in the heart of Cancun hotel strip, close to absolutely everything. Quick ride from airport. Check in process was painless, very fast and efficient. The room was unbelievable. We had the suite with additional master bedroom and full kitchen. No bad views in any room at this resort. Easily the nicest, most spacious and clean room we have ever stayed in. Everything working just fine. The pools were enormous, great...
