"일단 교통이 복잡한 도쿄에서 이케부쿠로 리무진(하네다, 나리타 모두) 잘 되어 있었고, 호텔까지 와줬습니다. 그리고 이케부쿠로 서쪽 역 공항버스 정거장도 너무 가까이 있어서 좋았습니다. 지하철역도 호텔 입구에서 바로 나오면 있고, Tobu 백화점도 바로 가까이 있어서 쇼핑, 다이닝 모두 좋았습니다."

"The staff at this hotel are fantastic. This includes hotel staff and restaurant staff. Room was clean and had everything you need. The food at the restaurant was very good. It is very close to the Tokyo Metropolitan Building which has a viewing area on the 45th floor and a light show every night. A must see when in the area. It is located about 15-20 minutes from Shinjuku station so walking to and from the station with luggage was a bit of a struggle. However you could take a taxi if walking...
