Khách sạn gần Công viên quốc gia Kingfisher tại Birmingham

"Very comfortable."

"WOULD LEAVE 0 STARS IF POSSIBLE, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! This place should be closed down and removed from Expedia! We booked The Station Inn for four of our engineers while they were working away. After the experience our first three had, we cancelled the fourth booking because we simply could not justify sending another member of staff there. The room was in an unacceptable condition from the moment they arrived. There was a strong smell of faeces, visible mould in the shower, and, by the...

"Certainly not the best place to stay , some serious renovations needed , damp patches, server damp around windows, broken glass on window in bathroom .radiators need a good clean extreme build up of dust .also doors and behind toilet were filthy. Shower took forever to drain and black mould in shower. The room needs a realy good overall and not just a coat of bad paint job which it looks like they do. Lampshades and curtains Al need replacing as very dusty and nets mouldy from damp around the...

"Staff were excellent, stay was comfortable and professional. Breakfast was excellent also. Will stay again."

"Staff were so polite and helpful ."

"Great having so many shops and restaurants near by. Staff all friendly and helpful and facilities great."

"Indifferent staff at check-in, restaurant and bar. Bags of rubbish in the corridor outside my room. No wi-fi available. It maybe a airport hotel with a high turnover of guests, but no-one seemed bothered about providing a decent service. Avoid breakfast - better off in Greggs over the road....."

"Room very clean but a little dated yellow walls & furniture Kettle - element broken/burnt TV - no channels available/not working Staff at breakfast - exceptional. Very welcoming and helpful. Staff at check in / check out - not the best. Its the little things e.g. ask if would like to book breakfast, I had to ask after check in process. Check out - did not ask if everything was ok with our stay."

"Rooms are spacious and clean you have to leave deposit of 50 quids per night but is refundable at check out.Amenities they have kids swimming classes it’s not relaxing. Dinner wasn’t great better not to take half board package as the dinner menu is limited to what you can have and have to order drinks separately. Breakfast has a wider variety."

"Super hotel. Amazing value for money, great team."

"Good"

"Staff were very friendly, breakfast had a good range of food items. Room is compact and comfy with a handy kitchenette with microwave, fridge, hob, sink and dishwasher. Would highly recommend this hotel!"
