Yes, there is no elevator, no AC, and the rooms are smaller than chain hotels. However, the staff are friendly, fun to talk with, and made helpful recommendations. "Après avoir fréquenté de nombreux Première classe, je dois dire que celui-ci est une agréable surprise : très confortable, douche assez grande pour ce type d’hôtel, très propre. "This was the perfect hotel for me to stay in Paris. It is a smaller property and very well kept. When you step out of the hotel you can see the Eiffel Tower and it’s spectacular to see. Lots of e-bikes around to help reduce the walking, lots to do in Paris and it saves time riding the bikes safely. The staff were great and John the night manager was really helpful for all my requests.
