"We had a wonderful stay at the resort. The pool and lazy river were perfect to entertain our 7 and 9 year old. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated and clean. The kitchen was stocked with all of the utensils and bowls needed to cook. Most of all I was impressed with the staff. Everyone was so kind, nice and helpful. We had a great experience and will be back."

"The restaurant and pool were great."

"The hotel is beautiful and front desk staff was amazing!! All gift shops staff were rude except for one girl."

"booked a reservation a month in advance and was notified via email of its confirmation the day of and to pay at the property. when i arrived, they told me they gave my room away because my card declined. they failed to reach out to my phone number about this. staff was not helpful, talking to eachother and other people as i was trying to get my situation figured out with them. i had to find another hotel at midnight."

"Loved the river view, fire pit, indoor pool and hot tub The staff super friendly, the breakfast was nice.. the only negative was that there wasn’t any soap .. thankfully we had some with us .. we found the room very comfortable.. one of the best stays for your buck !! We will return!!"

"Could not have been more pleased with our stay!! The hotel is gorgeous and so thoughtfully designed. Felt like staying in Dolly's home for the night."

"The only complaint we had was supper The buffet was not very good The breakfast was fine but supper it seemed nothing was fresh"

"Rooms were great"

"Was within walking distance to honky tonk highway"

"Clean"

"Great location,.easy walk to downtown. Room was comfy, parking was easy. Staff was great too, let me check a little early so we didn't have to wait an hour to unload our stuff. Good breakfast selection. Would stay again, only longer next time."

"Very dated and run down property, the rug in the main elevator was filthy, carpet and paint looked ancient. Our room had dented and chipped doors, could barely walk into bathroom because door hit toilet. Indoor pool was entire reason we chose this hotel then found out they kick all kids out at 10pm for adults only-we spent long days at Gatlinburg /Pigeon Forge then kids could only use pool for 20 minutes. Would NOT recommend to anyone, with or without kids."
