"The room is clean. Staff very pleasant and helpful."

"It was the worst hotel experience. Slippers, a bathrobe, and a hairdryer were not provided in the room, so I was unable to use them when needed. Two hours before check-out in the morning, the housekeeping staff knocked. I shouted three times that it was okay, but they continued to knock, waking me up and causing me the inconvenience of having to open the door and refuse them. I felt offended by the staff member's attitude of turning away without an apology just before I could finish speaking."

"Big clean room .. great breakfast buffet.."

"This hotel has a great location. The service is good and prompt. Having a restaurant on premises is very convincente and the food is good. The breakfast buffet is excellent. I recommend this hotel"

"No"

"We stay for 2 days, but they could not give us the rooms we booked on the 1st day. It really affected our next day schedule as we needed to prepare to move the rooms and we could not stay in the room to enjoy the view. But they try to give us the rooms in the next day sooner than we expected."

"Not worth the high price paid. The breakfast buffet was very expensive even with the discounted coupon that the front desk gave us. The food was cold, as well. Although the staff were friendly & helpful, I won’t be staying there again,"
