"This hotel has found a new regular guest in me. Exceptional experience from start to finish. Despite being an extremely frequent traveller, I am appalling at writing up reviews however I had to write one for this stay. Now, I have stayed at the hotel before - however I was heavily pregnant and so not able to fully make the most of my visit. This time however, I was here and ready to enjoy! The service? 5/5. "Huge hotel with lots of different bars, restaurants and facilities. Can seem a bit impersonal and no cosy areas. Outside areas are lovely. Our signature room in floor 6 was very comfortable. No furniture in the balcony was disappointing. The business lounge was nice but only coffee and 1 glass of prosecco was free. Disappointed there was no food in the evening. At breakfast just coffee and croissants. Parking garage was convenient with lift to lobby but £20 per day was steep."
