"It’s a very simple but cozy and warm hotel. The breakfast is as small as it can be but it’s included. If you can rough it a bit, this might be the ideal place. Ferry to Isla Mujeres is 3 min away, plenty of food stands but the next beach is less than a mile away. We will be back."

"Great value for a really great if not the best beachfront location. Staff was great. Place is well kept and smells clean. Walking distance to nightlife, bars and restaurants. Room we stayed in was outdated, wear and tear on the mattress, tub drains slowly, wish there were more food options aside from local fare but this didn’t hamper our stay experience.
