"We stayed at the Moat House on our way up north and again on our way back south. Both times were a great experience. The rooms are very comfortable with good showers - all our requests were catered to. My husband left his electric shaver behind and they are sending it back to us. We were not looking for formal dining in the main restaurant and The Bar Lounge menu turned out to be very good - special mention on the Mackerel Rillettes starter!!
