"Everglades City is an older, sleepy town, some things showing their age - a lot. But our hotel room was very modern, dare I say "hip" and was very comfortable. Had to negotiate steps to get to it; if you can't handle your suitcase on steps be sure to ck if they have other rooms. We didn't care. Staff very friendly and helpful. We had a small kitchenette in our room. No breakfast but nearby "bait shop" (Nely's Corner) has awesome coffee and breakfast and welcoming staff. This was a one night stay...

"Hotel seem a bit dated, the room however was nice and cozy. Never saw the shuttle at the airport so I had to book an Uber, I did get the shuttle on my departure, the area is peaceful and there is a swimming pool at the compound. The hotel is good value, i will recommend for a budget stay."
