Our room a bit dusty and the in-room phone covered in an age old coating of dust, not sure how that happens in a place like this. "My stay was just ok. It was a 4 star hotel but i felt like an entry level one. I was on the 14th floor and my window view was facing an interior wall. My shower didn't have any body wash in it, the beds weren't that comfy either. The lobby was really nice and the staff were friendly. The best thing about it was the location. It was only steps from Big Ben, the bus stop and 5 min walk to subway. For the price i think i would choose another hotel next time though. Just my opinion."

"A good London hotel for a short stay, rooms are small but comfortable. We were in a room facing the main road so couldn’t leave the window open at night but the AC in the room was so noisy we couldn’t leave that on either. There are 5 floors and only 2 lifts, as one of those was out of service there were very long waits in the morning "

"Location. Minutes walk away to the public transportation system. Breakfast is great. The staff are great. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Just don’t get a room in the 1st floor. The set up is so weird. We have a room in the 1st floor. To be able to get to our room, we have to go to 2nd floor from the lobby , walk around to get to another elevator or stairs , then go down to the 1st floor. If I had known about it, I should have just waited till 3pm the regular check in time instead...

"I really enjoyed the king size bed room with balcony. Top notch view of Tower Bridge and the London skyline. The only issue is light from the hallway comes into the room at night so it wasn’t as dark as I wanted. This was a minor issue overall."

"I had to walk up the stairs as I can not use the lift the staff in the stripe T Shirts where fantastic with me helping me walk up 7 flights of stairs . I did request a lower floor but they didn’t get the message . It was keeping me fit . Absolutely loved the hotel they charged £200 deposit for the family room . I did receive it back .my favourite hotel in London . Now to how I can get to the rooftop . Fantastic. "
