"The room was clean. The blanket on the bed felt much better than other hotels in the same price point. We did have an issue getting into our room as the card wasn't properly registered but it was fixed immediately. We were able to go to the pool. It was nicely heated. We also the tried the pub found on lower lower level. The service was slow but that was because only one person was doing the serving. We don't blame him for his unfortunate circumstance. "Beautiful rural location, quiet, peaceful, and private. Hot tub was clean warm and secluded wonderful view of wild deer roaming property as you soak in hot tub. Easy access to downtown Victoria and all the city has to offer. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Would not hesitate to book this wonderful BnB again. Thank you to Karl and Mandy for providing such a great BnB."

Cozy old-school pub in the basement with great beef burgers at bizarrely reasonable prices. Also attached hip diner but unfortunately don't open till 8am. Best yet: affordable pricing! "It was a nice for 1 overnight stay for me. Room was clean, staff was great & accommodating when I required additional supplies. Also made sure I had a ground level suite due to disability. They even allowed an early check in (I arrived by bus fr another city). My deposit was returned immediately, maybe b4 I even left the building ~ lol."
