"Hotel is attached the the pub/restaurant which is great, great comfy rooms, good shower, good breakfast etc all what you would expect at this price point. Just a couple of service niggles, as we where left waiting for check-in for some 15 mins and then drinking in the bar after dinner they stopped serving at 10:30 with no warning, no bell, just 'we have shut up the bar' so we cant serve you. "

"Loved this quaint hotel over the pub. Breakfast was superb! Best cuppa I had on my trip. The room and bathroom was beautiful and comfortable. The only downside is that the 4 floors are all walk-up; so although we were on the second floor - it was three flights up with heavy suitcases. I wish there had been staff available to help carry the cases up. "

"We stayed as a couple for a wedding. Excellent hotel and pub, lovely room with a large bed and nice furnishings. Great breakfast the following morning. Decent pub. Would thoroughly recommend"
