"How fabulous that the accessible room has two bathrooms, shame there is no shelf for toiletries in the accessible one, and the floor is not slip proof. I could feel that the bath was not properly cleaned when in it. Not enough milk and no choice of teas that I would expect at the price paid. One packet of two biscuits between two! "Had a really nice time and the design room was amazing, really good location inbetween both piers. Staff were really nice and the bar area was great too. The room was abit noisy and you can hear the doors banging and we could hear next doors tv but it didn’t bother us, we didn’t want to leave. "

The spa was a waste of money we stayed maybe 20 minutes, I wish we hadn’t done it the jacuzzi wasn’t hot it was warm, bubbles weren’t great if they could just sort that it would be so much better it’s a really nice idea though. The room wasn’t as it was pictured, it was okay though not the best, the bed was uncomfortable. I can’t fault the staff in any way though "
