"All of the staff was pleasant and kind! The resort was absolutely beautiful!!!! It had everything we needed! The pools and hot were amazing and outdoor space relaxing. We loved the fire pits! The evening reception drinks were extremely good... The best we ever had at an Embassy Suites. The only complaint about the evening reception was I wish their was a better variety of the snacks. We definitely will be back! Looking forward to our next trip to your location! "

"The hotel is relatively new. The room was spacious and bed was comfortable.
The staff, especially Janiel and Dave, went above and beyond in making our stay memorable.
Breakfast was standard as with other hotels. It could use some improvement but was sufficient. "
"Amazing clean cabin style place. Just off the main strip with a 10 minute walk. Beats paying for parking for sure. Peaceful fire pit at night with a stream to listen to while you relax. Would highly recommend! "

"The room was clean and comfortable. The elevators were a little on the dirty end. People had spilled stuff and no one had cleaned it yet. The front staff was very friendly and helpful. It’s a great pool for kids."

"The AC in room didn’t work. Not even the fan. The front service clerk personal did try to relocate us but the room that was available and had working ac, didn’t had a working lock door. Luckily, wasn’t that hot the night my girlfriend and I stayed. And parking. End up using an app that gave us discount on a near by parking building and paid $17 for the night. Not that bad compared to other parking spots available. And was 3 blocks away. "
"The is hotel is a great location from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The staff are super friendly and the rooms are cleaned daily. You will have the occasional bear sighting at the back end of the property. "

"This was a fantastic hotel in a great location.
Totally walkable to main strewn and all the fun but tucked behind so it is nice and quiet.
They have a local black bear that hangs out around the property - so that’s kind of cool!
