"I had to wait in reception for 10 minutes before I was seen to. No staff in reception on my return at 7.45pm. In the morning the shower took about 6 mins to warm up. Tv didn’t have any standard channels, just yesterday, shopping and a few others. No one in reception when I left at 10.30am. Otherwise, it was a mediocre stay."

"This hotel is clean and comfortable, conveniently close to Hatton Cross Tube (Piccadilly Line) and Bus Station for exploring and access to/from the terminals. We've stayed here on 2 occasions the night before a long haul flight to Australia, and it suits us perfectly. We explored Richmond and Windsor the first time, and Twickenham this time.
