"Very close to Shinagawa Station yet still a very quiet room. Lots of amenities nearby including restaurants, 7 Eleven, drug store... Only downside was the room was a bit warm and A/C was not very effective."

"The rooms were very clean and there was a convenience store and cafe in the hotel as well as a spa/pool. The hotel was next to a train station, 7eleven and a few restaurants. Definitely recommend. "

"Clean and spacious room and very friendly staff. I accidentally left some stuff behind and they kept my stuff for me. After calling them first to confirm, I was able to stop by a few days later to pick it up. I really appreciate the service and extra care. The hotel is away from the touristy spots. I enjoy the quietness of the neighborhood. A lot of local restaurants within walking distance. They were all very good. The hotel restaurant seems to be very popular as there is always a line....

I was woken every day at 8:00 AM by clanging, banging and all the noises a construction site make. I wanted to enjoy peace in my private garden and listen to sound of ocean and nature, instead I got zero peace and heard only construction work, both near pool and near beach.
