"Es ist eine tolle Insel mit einem wunderschönen Hausriff und echt lieben Personal. Das Essen war auch sehr gut und lecker. Einzig den Shuttlebus von den Watervillas hätte es nicht nötig gehabt. Dadurch entstand zusätzlich auf der Hauptstrasse ein ziemlicher Verkehr "

"When we arrived bed linen was very poor, hairs and stains. When the replaced it new linen was a bit damp. We left our room clean sign out all day, when we finally returned at 4:45, they then wanted to clean the room. A little in convenient! I didn’t really like the location, which is not a fault on the hotel. And wotif advertised this rate at 50% off!! Which is definatley not accurate and I would say not worth th rate I paid."

"The room design is so stranga making us feel clostrophobic. Very small room and your view from the bed is the very ugly looking round cabinets. Doesn’t have a coffee maker in the room but they give you a kettle. The location though is convenient and a 2 minute walk to the Shinagawa station. The carpets in the building looks gross and dirty. It’s not worth it for the price."

"とても綺麗なホテルです。 部屋にピッチャーが置いてあり、フロアにある給水室でいつでも給水や氷を入れられるのはとても有り難かったです。 1Fにあるローソンの食べ物の品揃えが多く驚きました。 2泊3日の朝食付きで利用させて頂き、朝食はどれも美味しかったです。 ただ2日連続全く同じメニューだったのが少し残念でした...が、総合的にとても満足なのでまた利用したいです！ 素敵な家族旅行になりました。ありがとうございました。"

"Le quartier est excellent, shopping, bars, restaurants, tout y est; et la localisation de l’hôtel est parfaite, à deux pas de la Yamanote line & deux stations de Shinjuku. La chambre était propre, de taille attendue à Tokyo, très petite, de sorte qu’il était complexe d’ouvrir notre valise. Un tres bon hôtel."
