"The hotel's common areas are nice and clean, and the convenience store is well stocked. The front desk staff were hit or miss. The women were friendly, but the men were not. They did not have a good level of English, so we had to use Google Translate all the time to communicate. The bedroom is extremely small, as is the bed. The amenities are good, but the TV only has one English-language channel. The room was very dusty. We found an exposed electrical outlet and a damaged emergency light....

"two groups of family stayed here for 5 nights. everyone love it here. very convenience. 7-11 inside the building, shopping and restaurants are in walking distance. bus station to airport is across the street from the hotel. a lot more simpler to ride a bus to the airport than riding the train. love the sauna and spa. Will Def. stay here again."
