"so this place is about a 10 min walk to train... it was my first time in Tokyo and was looking for reasonable...lot of pluses here. there is a big scale right outside elevators so you can weigh your luggage and make sure it is not overweight . i REALLY appreciate that! overall i would absolutely return here"

"The hotel itself is beautiful and the staff is great. Unfortunately the room we were assigned especially the bathroom is in much need of an update. The bathroom is completely outdated for this grade of hotel. It lacked ventilation and therefore had mold and a musty smell."

"The biggest plus was that the hotel had the most comfortable beds and pillows - had the best sleeps. Staff at front desk were nice but not particularly helpful - maybe due to language barriers. The hotel did a good job overall though. Note: One of the most annoying things about the hotel was the lack of seating near the entrance (outside and directly by the doors) - one of us had mobility issues and when waiting for transport would have appreciated somewhere to sit/rest by the doorway.
