"Relaxing and a beautiful resort. If you want to just chill, enjoy the beach and amenities, this place is for you. It is quite far from Downtown Cancun as it is the last stop of the R2 bus in the hotel zone. The food is great and with the corresponding price tag. I had a great time for chilling here. For some night life or fun, go to Coco Bongo. Overall, a good place to rest, dine and chill. The beach front is gorgeous and the waves are strong. The pools are just mediocre, I’ve seen better pools....

"Great food and service staff, but the beach and front desk ruined it.
The Bad:
• The Beach: Completely unclean and looked nothing like the photos. We couldn't swim at all.
• Front Desk: Unprofessional. They deliberately give you a bad room to pressure you into a paid upgrade.
• The Pool: Just okay, but definitely needed better cleaning.
The Good:
• The Staff: Aside from the front desk, everyone else (room service, restaurant, and coffee shop teams) was polite, helpful, and very nice.

"We were there 2 years ago, and the property did meet the standards from last time. It was not maintained as well. The hotel was largely unoccupied.
