"the room definitely needed an overhead light fixture. it was very dim. the service for breakfast was slow. they appeared to be understaffed. the room was spotless and was cleaned to that standard every day. the television had a very limited selection of channels if that kind of thing is important to you. the staff was very friendly and helpful with my bags and getting a taxi. the location is excellent, right across the street from a tube station and in a desirable part of london. easy access to...

"Convenient location minutes away from Victoria station. Easy check in."

"Amazing staff"

"Chosen for the location walkable to Royal Albert Hall so was excellent. Tube only yards away in Kensington High Street. Hotel lobby and bar spacious with tasteful decor and staff friendly and helpful. Huge breakfast room with just about every choice on offer. Staff very welcoming and attentive. The room was small and a little dated, but spotlessly clean. Really comfy beds with great pillows! The Parsley Stem hand and body wash was a bit of an odd choice! The sockets and light switches were...

"Hotel Riu Victoria hotel is very clean and is centrally located near attractions and restaurants. The concierge Jeffrey was fantastic super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. If I visit London again I would not mind staying at this hotel again."

"Fantastic Hotel"

"We would stay here again - the location, ambience, staff and amenities were all good."

"Have stayed at hotel before and always very good. This time our shower leaked all over the bathroom floor and the day after that we had no hot water at all in our room. Both issues rectified quickly however both annoying. The lounge was great and staff lovely."

"For my first stay at the Millennium, I was kindly upgraded to a better room, which was a nice surprise. The room was spacious and overall very clean and comfortable. However, the bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly, as I noticed a few short black hairs, which was a little disappointing. The TVs could also do with an upgrade to include streaming services such as Netflix. Having only standard TV channels felt quite limited, especially when spending time in the room in the...

"The staff were exemplary!! Kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. The hotel itself is stunning, with an array of amenities and brilliant food. Amazing stay!"

"Room clean, staffs are very nice . The breakfast is great too"

"All the staff were exceptional."

"Beware of booking the Superior Queen Room - there are several interior facing rooms at the property that don't look like the advertised photos online at all. The rooms are extremely small and overlook mechanical equipment so there's zero natural light. The bathrooms are also extremely small (about 40 sq. ft) and can only accomodate one adult at a time."

"Room space is minimum"

"No useful amenities at all. The AC and hot water would give out after the first few minutes. There was barely any room to walk in the room, tissue paper was terrible and no water or anything in there. No fresh air. I felt like I was dying"

"The staff was very helpful. Special thanks to Hassan (apologies if I’m misspelling his name). He was of great help when dealing with an issue I faced."

"The property was beautiful, private and true 5 star hotel! The food and wine were wonderful as well as the staff and service in general! The roof garden is an extra plus! Forbes has named this hotel One of the finest hotels in the World for 2026 and believe me it lived up to this distinction in every way!"
