"Highly recommend the Gold club. Shakira, Evon, James and Jeremiah are the best! So kind and went beyond anything I have ever experienced in all my travels! The views are incredible and you can watch the Spectra from the Gold Club. Excellent location near many attractions. Food is excellent. Breakfast is in 3 locations and is delicious! 5 stars "

"There was no shuttle provided when u reached the outer harbour by ferry. We had to got on a taxis to get there. No instructions was given on how to get there even after writing to them about a few weeks prior to checking in asking them about shuttles!"

"Everything was excellent with the exception that it was difficult to get into and out of the shower. I am no longer as agile as I was when younger and although there were safety bars,I found it difficult, the base of the tub was slippery in areas where there wasn’t a mat."

"Good old hotel. Ground floor (transportation) and second floor (lobby) are kind of dark and crowded. Check in line was long and slow but the staffs were friendly and considerable. The location is really good, reaching out most Hongkong scenery spots easily, especially so close to water front / Victoria Harbor. "
