"Everything was a 10/10. The staff made my family feel like we were at home and treated us so well. There's no other place we'd rather stay at. This experience was one for the books and we can't wait to return. Jose Jimenez was taking care of all our needs for the whole stay and did wonderfully. Whatever we needed was provided for us in a timely manner. The food was great and so were all the amenities. "Good resort for kids! Concierge was a little too aggressive on their sales of character meals and slime experiences. No additional help was offered for other things ie tours, dinner reservations (like a normal concierge). Once they realized you weren’t paying extra, they were done with you. Meals were ok. Lots of kiddie options. Also, could use some more entertainment in the evening for kids."
