"Room was not available at 3pm like it was supposed had to wait, not once did they change the sheets or clean very well when we requested it to be done "

"The room was fairly clean. The shower was a litte dirty. The pool wasnt huge, but we knew that. But the view was amazing. We were a bit dissapointed on towel service, we were only able to get towel service twice and we stayed there for about 7-8 days. They were always out or they were all in the wash. I dont get how they did not have enough towels. Also, the shower in the room, was only super hot water or cold water. There was no in between. I do not think I would stay at the mint again. Overall though for the price, it wasnt a bad stay. "

"Sofa bed on 2-404 need to be replace, no comfortable at all. The rest amazing and the staff go beyond to make you feel like you re at home thank you everyone at the Ixchel hotel "

"Awesome resort! Quiet, clean, amazing beach view! Definitely do the all inclusive. Breakfast and drinks are absolutely worth it! The bartenders at the pool and beach are on top of it! The pool bartenders made really fun drinks too! There is always someone walking around to clean up and keep an eye on the rooms so we all felt incredibly safe"

"Very outdated. Best location on the island but they have let this place go. Hopefully they invest in it soon. Food was terrible. "

"This has the potential to be an amazing spot. The rooms are nice with large balconies and nice amenities. However, there is music blasting every night, which can make it challenging to rest and relax. The staff were friendly and food and drinks were good. When I stayed there was a Somnia party happening - this was advertised to end at 11:30 pm, however that did not happen - music was blaring until after 1:30 AM, making it impossible to sleep, even with earplugs in - which made it so we were too tired to wake up early and enjoy our time the next day. I would only recommend staying here if you are ok partying late. "
