"I was disappointed when a few of the outside bars were not open (especially at the adult only section) there was nobody at the towel station. Then I went to make a reservation at an à la carte restaurant and the response were that no reservations were available until the day after check out for us. This was disappointing. They shut down 2 à la carte restaurants and were unable to accommodate reservations even though the restaurants had no shows, they refused to sit walk ins. Very unorganized overall. Activities were not scheduled as planned on the pdf. Beautiful location. Systems needs work"

"Everything was fine, the staff was courteous and attentive. The bed and pillow were very comfortable. The VIP upgrade provided by Expedia as we are Gold did us pretty much nothing. The $100 resort credit is very misleading as we were told when booking an add on to one of our excursions (ATV's) that it could be used for that and come to find out that was not the case. We did not receive any of the $100 credit while there. There seems to be poor communication with what each individual knows as one person would say one thing and the next would say something different. There were large glass doors that separated the area of the elevator and the rooms which were broken and falling. We reported it twice and it was never addressed. A serious safety issue if the glass did fall from the door. 6th floor. You will be offered to take a tour of the property to become a member. We were told it would take 90 minutes and we would get free massages. It took two and a half hours. When booking excursions with our More Inclusive plan, we were not given very much useful information on what we needed to bring or wear and needed to ask several different people before we got any answers. Overall it was fine however we would not stay at this property again. Why? The food... the food was average at best and closer to below average. There were so many times that we ate and the food was unseasoned or just not cooked properly. My wife actually lost weight on the trip. How does that even happen?"

"We stayed on the family side of the resort. The common areas of the hotel, rooms, and pool were all great. All was very clean, and family-friendly. The paths to the beach were easily accessible, and a very peaceful surrounding. Our only complaint was that the food wasnt as good as what we expected. It wasn't horrible, but just not as good as what we would have expected from a resort like this. Also, we added on the Family Concierge package. Some of the perks were nice to have & we did utilize some of them. However, im not sure if we would add it again if we revisited the resort."
